You’ll receive 5% of your online order value into your Yucca wallet, excluding VAT and delivery charges.
Can I transfer cashback to my bank account or redeem cash?
No, cashback cannot be withdrawn and can only be used during online store orders.
Do cashback rewards expire?
Yes, Yucca Rewards expire annually on 30 June. All wallets will be reset to R0.00 from 01 July.
How can I check my cashback balance?
Log in to your online shop account and go to your profile to view your cashback balance.
What happens if I return a product?
