No, cashback cannot be withdrawn and can only be used during online store orders.
Do cashback rewards expire?
Yes, Yucca Rewards expire annually on 30 June. All wallets will be reset to R0.00 from 01 July.
How can I check my cashback balance?
Log in to your online shop account and go to your profile to view your cashback balance.

How do I access my negotiated product list?
Once you’ve logged in to your Yucca Direct storefront, you’ll see your negotiated pricing applied to items. Just choose a product and add to cart.
Can I switch between the online store and Yucca Direct?
Yes, but pricing will differ. The public-facing online store offers Yucca Rewards, while Yucca Direct offers negotiated pricing and payment terms.
How do I join Yucca Direct?
If you’re a current customer, ask your Yucca Account Manager to activate your account for Yucca Direct. New customers can contact us.
Can I still request customisation or branding for products in Yucca Direct?
Absolutely. Request custom branding and we’ll add it to your product list. Once the product is in-stock it will be added to your Yucca Direct profile for online ordering.
